Azareal 255dd92a65 Fixed a data race in the client side alert logic. 
misc.js should now be loaded for guests too in Nox.
Fixed the msgCount property not being set for guests in alerts.

Added the alerts.no_alerts_short phrase.

Azareal 644bba36e3 Localised more alert strings. 
Renamed most of the alert phrases.
Fixes #3 - Default value issue with MySQL.
Fixed a bug where pages would't load with HTTPS disabled.

Azareal 3fc2d6a867 Added the init.js file to make certain bits of JS run sooner than others. 
The template_*.js files should get cached now.
The phrase API results might get cached now.
Solved an edge case in the attachment parser where a redirect is triggered on a HTTPS site when the attachment is posted as a HTTP URL.
Fixed runHook in the JS files.
