Azareal	d0e40ae81b	Split some of the member only logic out of global.js and into member.js Moved the script in register.html into an external file. Client hooks can now be dynamically created thus reducing the burden on init.js to pre-define all of them. The current user is now passed in as an argument to the action_end_create_topic hook.
