fe2eabedd0 Added a database engine neutral database.go file for the start-up queries. 
Added SimpleCount to the query generator.
Moved more queries to the query generator.
Added the get_user_reply function for profile comments.
IP Addresses are now tracked for profile comments.
Added SimpleInsert, SimpleUpdate, SimpleDelete, and Purge to the inline query builder.

af09013a25 Refactored query_gen into a library. 
Moved topic store and user store into their own files.
Tweaked topic store to stop it accessing globals.
